The newest resource is a cluster maintained on behalf of the Temple Genomics and Analytics Collaborative (TGAC) for genomics and high-throughput sequencing data analytics. The TGAC cluster includes 264 cores, 896 GB RAM, and 460 TB of storage. This cluster is also housed in the state-of-the-art data center located in the Science Education and Research Center (SERC) on Temple Universities Main Campus and is available for bioinformatics support of TGAC research projects.
