On Monday, April 3rd, 2023, the Genomic Medicine Degree Program at Temple University hosted Dr. Eric Green, Director of the National Human Genome Research Institute (National Institutes of Health). More than 115 students and faculty members attended to hear about the past, present, and future of Genomics and Genomic Medicine.

This seminar was organized by the Institute for Genomics & Evolutionary Medicine (iGEM) and the Department of Biology on Temple's main campus, in collaboration with the Department of Medical Genetics & Molecular Biochemistry of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine. Seminar was organized by Drs. Sudhir Kumar and Glenn Gerhard.
